Job description:-

• Taking care of painting and polish works in rooms, apartments and other areas of the building
• Attending all the maintenance job orders on a daily basis by the engineering supervisor and reporting to engineering supervisor
• Discussing with engineering supervisor if any change of color or repainting of walls, doors or frames is required
• Doing preventive maintenance of painting works as scheduled on a yearly basis
• Working in straight shifts and asks assistance from team members if required
• experience in facilities management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
